Act! for Mobile - no list view and contacts disappearing

Hi everyone,

 

We are having a couple of issues with Act! for Web via Chrome -

 

When viewing Opportunities in List View, none of our opportunities appear (see attachment). 

When viewing Contacts from the Company view, none of our contacts appear.

 

All of our opportunities and contacts appear in Internet Explorer. Is this bug being addressed? I have found a workaround - when I click customize columns all of our opportunities and contacts appear.

Hi TinaA,

Yes, unfortunately this is a bug caused by the latest version of Chrome (v62) - we are aware of this and will be publishing a fix as soon as possible. There is a known workaround - simple open then close the customize columns dialog box.
