Act! (Web) v16 Chrome Problems / IE 11 compatibility

Hello all.  We are running Act! Premium (Web) v 16.1.207 Hot Fix 1. (This is what is displayed in the installed ACT! program on our Windows 2008 R2 Server)  Act! Premium (Web) Version: 16.1.227.0 is what is displayed when using a browser.  We are using Act! in a web browser-only deployment.  We have had numerous complaints of Chrome crashing when changing preferences, when clicking  "Show more buttons", and freezing when clicking on buttons in the navigation pane.  Is anyone else having these problems with chrome and is there anything that can be done?  Firefox seems to be our best option now with IE 11 having to be in compatibility mode.  Most over out users use Chrome and we would like it to stay that way.

Chrome and Firefox aren't 100% compatible. The only reliable option is to run IE 11 in compatabilty mode. If you add the APFW site to the trusted sites and compatabilty lists for each user, IE is the best option.

If you could spare the time to detail your complaints I would expect Swiftpage Act! development would appreciate the feedback so that problems can be fixed. It is very important that Act! Premium for Web works well with Chrome browser.
