Act! V17.2 Premium - integration with the GMAIL account..

This problem is when I try to do the Act! integration with the GMAIL account..

Can you please list the steps you took to get this error message? Can you confirm if this is the first time you are trying to integrate with your Gmail account?

Steps...

1. Add the database

2. Click on Register

  ...  Do You have a google account?  YES

3.  Click on OK

4. When the process start to recognize the Google account, get the error message - and did not perform the integration ... (but finally did to place an entry in the list of permissions in the Google account)

 

- Windos 7 Pro 64Bit

- Act! V17.2 Premium

- Windows Firewall and UAC disabled

- Kaspersky temporarily disabled

In addition, before the error message - That told me something about .NET Framework 4 - But when I tried to install the computer told me that I had a new version of .NET 4...  

 

I compare the user's computer with my Computer... and see that the user has not enabled the following...

 

( I do not know if it's because my users has Windows 7 and I have Windows 8.1 )

 

finally...  what I did was... Uninstall all installed versions of .NET framework 4.5 and let the computer install It again y Windows updates ... this way when I start the GMAIL integrating did not tell me anything about .NET 4

Can you confirm for me if uninstalling and reinstalling solved the problem of not integrating to Gmail or did you still need us to test?

In this case I did the integration into a recently installed computer, before installing Act! I turned off UAC and Firewall, this test did with Windows 8, all Windows Updates and without Antivirus.

The set up for Gmail integration is really simple. The problem is that it doesn't work.  Upon exit I am prompted to integrate now. It works perfectly. The problem is that I have to go thru this step whenever I want to record a history. What exactly does "automatic" mean to the people at Act?  I have it set up to integrate every 59 minutes and does not work. I would think that when set to automatic, integration would occur every 59 minutes.  What am I missing?

Please can you list the steps you are taking for the prompt to appear, also the exact message on the prompt, and the steps you take after this to set up the integration?
