Act Upgrade to v16 from Act 2010 opportunity issue

We've just upgraded (correctly) to the latest version of Act from 2010 When we drill into our opportunities, all the products/services appear to be missing on all machines - the total is correct but we can't see the breakdown on any machine We are running the latest HF too 16.0.291.0 HF4 Anyone else come across this or know why this is happening? Help! Thanks Andy

Are you using Act! for Web? or which version with Hotfixes?

Hi David See above for latest version - it turns out this is an issue with Impact from Durkin - when we turned off the "enhance product listing" this fixed this issue Thanks for replying Andy
