Act Relationships

I'm a new ACT user.  Is there a way to run a query and identify all contacts that have "Relationships"?  Or do you have check each contact, one by one, and click on the "Relationship Tab"?

Thanks,

Andy

Hello Andy,

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. There is not direct way to do this, but you should be able to do a keyword search for all contacts with relationships using this method:

- From the main menu, click Lookup > Search On Keywords

- Under "Search these records", choose the Type as Contacts, and choose "All contacts"

- Under "Look In". uncheck all boxes except Relationships

- In the Search For field, delete anything that is already there and simply put a single space in there (Find Now button should light up)

- Click "Find Now"

- Results should be all contacts with anything under the Relationships tab

- Highlight contacts you want in the results list and click Create Lookup to get them in a contact list, or just click Create Lookup to get all the results in a list
