We've had Act installed on our main server computer for over a year now, but it just recently started to deactivate on a weekly basis. We deleted a file (REGISTRATIONDATA.XML) from where Act is saved, but now when we try to register it again, it gives us a message stating "Unable to register Act. To register Act at a later time, restart Act." Has anyone seen this before?

Along with the 'registrationdata.xml' file, be sure to remove the system files associated with registration. The instructions are in this article: KB Article 14245
