Act! Pro v16 error -

[ Edited ]

If someone is able to help that would be great.

I have never seen this error before and even Swiftpage can't give me a fix for it.

Now every time I go to perform a Synchronisation with Outlook it gives me the following error:

1, 2 or 3.PNG

Does anyone know the solution?

I have done the following to try and resolve it:

  • Re-install both Act and Office 365 (32-bit) - I installed Office first.
  • Jumped into the registry and manually deleted the folders it mentions in the error.
  • Installed all the Service Packs and Hotfixes.

If you do it will help very much!

Thank you.

Re: Act! Pro v16 error -

Hi Gary,

Thanks for the reply. I can actually tell you that this is the error message I get when I click on the select button.

Not to worry as the problem has been resolved by a thorough registry clean out after uninstalling both Office and Act, then just going ahead and re-installing them both. Office first of course.

Hi Kyle,

At what point exactly do you get this error?
In your screenshot, it appears there is no database selected in the top section. Please click on the Select button and choose a database before trying the sync.
