Act! Premiun web - how to create shortcut to Query/Search?

[ Edited ]

Hello all, new user here.

We are using ACT! Premium web and I would like to know how I can create a button/shortcut/widget to click and have a query/search execute and display the results. Like a daily TODO list based on a query.

I found how to do this on the menu of the software app with this article. But the added menu button does not appear in the web interface's menu bar.

I also figured out quite easily how to modify the layouts of a contact/opportunity/Group/Company - but no option to modify the menu items (at least not that I saw).

Is there a way this can be done?

Thanks

Act! Premium (Web) Version: 17.1.156.0

Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi eskimoroll,

Custom commands are unfortunately not currently supported in the web interface.

In your scenario, it would probably be easiest to create some dynamic groups for your contact lookups. You can do this by creating a group > click Add/Remove Contacts > click Edit Criteria, then build your lookup there.
