We are using Act Premium for Workgroups 2007 (9.0) (EX Edition) Version 18.104.22.1687. I know there is an update and hotfix 3 that I need to install, but I have to upgrade my server memory first.
I hope someone can help me with a user with a recurring mouse problem. The most recent time this has happened she was trying to go to the calendar by clicking on the shortcut menu on the left of the contact view. The mouse does not respond in any menu or field in Act, but it works in all other programs she has opened. All keyboard shortcuts to other views, etc. work. Can anyone help me figure out how to prevent this from happening or let me know what to do to fix it if/when it happens again.

Right click on your desktop and go to Properties
Once in the Properties Window, click on the Settings Tab
Click on the Advanced Button, then the Troubleshoot Tab
Slide the Hardware Acceleration from Full to None
