Act Premium version 16.3.11.0 hot fix 1

Hello,

 

I have installed to the latested version of v16.

 

Now if i open from a word template, i cant save the file as a docx.

I use word 2013

 

I can only save it as a doc file......

Weird.

 

I have searched the net, but no luck.

I've seen that caused by Word having the ACT! macros disabled. Check in Word I believe the path is File | Options.

Did you manage to resolve this? I had not come across this myself previously, but having updated ACT (v18) with various updates we now have the same issue!!

Have you tried Roy's suggestion above?
