I'm trying to create an activity for a contact. I enter all the informaiton and press OK. The OK and CANCEL are then greyed out and the only way of closing is hitting the X on the window. Any ideas?

You accessing Act! on the web?
If so, in Internet Explorer turn on ActiveX options.
Close browser and sign back in.
