Act Premium for workgroups

We purchased a 14 user Act Premium for workgroups program two years ago and have it shared on our database.  We can never print reports as they do not pull up all the information and sometimes just print page after page of blank reports.  I anyone else experiencing this problem.  We have used our act consultant and IT department over and over with no resolution.

Is this only when printing - how about preview, or to PDF/text?  Have you customized the reports at all?  I'd be happy to take it for a test run if you want to send a *.rep file to me.  I may not get all the fields, but it might help to take a look...

We got it fixed.  They did an update a few months back but only on the database not on the citrix server.  This fixed it.  Thank you so much for your help.
