Windows 7 &10 (I use on diff stations)
Since the upgrade I cannot manually and automatically attach an email from outlook to contact. I have been on the phone with tech support for 2.5 hrs and the tech could not fix the issue. the ticket has been escalated and I will receive a call tomorrow. It was working great before update.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, what is the fix?

Are you able to PM me the ticket number and I can see what action has been taken.
You could try un-installing the integration and reinstalling
The integration can be removed from add and remove programs
Instructions on re-installing here
