Act Premium cloud upgrade cannot attach email

Act Premium Cloud V19

Office 365

Windows 7  &10 (I use on diff stations)

 

Since the upgrade I cannot manually and automatically attach an email from outlook to contact. I have been on the phone with tech support for 2.5 hrs and the tech could not fix the issue. the ticket has been escalated and I will receive a call tomorrow. It was working great before update.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, what is the fix?

Perhaps you need to uninstall the earlier Outlook plugin for Act Premium for Web and install whatever version is supplied with v 19.0.

Are you able to PM me the ticket number and I can see what action has been taken.

You could try un-installing the integration and reinstalling 

 

The integration can be removed from add and remove programs 

Instructions on re-installing here
