Act Premium & Swiftpage- changing Act user for Swiftpage

When trying to log on to swiftpage I get the message- Swiftpage UserID may already be connected to another Act user or is set to inactive. Please contact your database administrator to resolve this issue. Can anyone tell me how to resolve? If this swiftpage UserID is connected to another ACT user I need to remove it so I can sign on to Swift page under the correct user. Thanks

Try following this Swiftpage knowledgebase article.  If that doesn't help, please contact Swiftpage for support.

Brupoc,

You can have the person who is connected and accessing Swiftpage without problems click on the E icon in ACT! then click "Account" then "Manage Users"  This will bring up the mapping and they can make the corrections of connecting and/or disconnecting ACT! and Swiftpage users.  If you have any problems doing this or after doing this please contact Swiftpage Support and we can try other troubleshooting with you to get this resolved.  Swiftpage Support is open 6am-6pm MDT 877.228.8377 Option 2.
