You can have the person who is connected and accessing Swiftpage without problems click on the E icon in ACT! then click "Account" then "Manage Users" This will bring up the mapping and they can make the corrections of connecting and/or disconnecting ACT! and Swiftpage users. If you have any problems doing this or after doing this please contact Swiftpage Support and we can try other troubleshooting with you to get this resolved.
