Act! Premium V17 Screen problem

Thanks for any help to correct this problem - this happens with any database I try to open my computer.

I've going to vote for corrupted preference file.

Go to start, run, %appdata%
Rename the folder called ACT to ACTOLD
(you may need to kill any other ACT related services via the task manager)
Test Drive Act! and Quickbooks over Citrix http://GoTryAct.com
