We just upgraded to ACT Premium v16 from ACT Premium 2013 on Friday and users are experiencing issues with editing a contact on the mobile website. They get the error message stating "The user does not have permission to perform the action". I noticed the issue is mainly with standard users, but these same users were previously able to edit information on the mobile app before the upgrade. I haven't found anything that states "Standard" users will only be given read-only permissions on the mobile site, so I was curious if anyone has also experienced this issue. I am reluctant to upgrade them to Managers as some of them should not have the ability to delete information.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
