An update has now been pushed live. It has been live since yesterday morning for new installs, and has just been posted in the Download Center: http://www.act.com/resources/downloads
Below are direct downloads for the update:
Both of these will resolve the dashboard defect D-04297 for their respective versions.

I've applied update 5 and have corrected the issue on one server but not the other server.
On both servers they are running Act! Premium Version 22.214.171.124, Update 5
The environment is as follows
Act! and database is installed on a SQL server, using MS SQL Server 2008 Enterprise, the dashboard is fixed on this server. They also have an RDS Server and have only Act! installed on this and we still see the FX Gauges License error. the RDS Act! speaks to the SQL server over the internal network. RDS has been rebooted since the update was applied.
Any idea why this has not fixed the RDS Server?

For the machine which is still experiencing the issue, I would recommend a reinstall.
