I am an individual user of Act! Premium Cloud and am doing testing for usability for other individuals in our company. I have made numerous changes to Layout, Groups, & Dropdowns as well as adding numerous fields. How can I "share" these changes with other individual users on their individual accounts, so we all have the same look/feel? Can I simply make an empty copy of my database and have them load it?
Please be specific with the steps as I am fairly new to Act and it's nuances? Cheers!

As an administrator, you will have made changes to the layout that you have chosen to apply to the database. Once you save the changes, all users who choose this layout will see the changes you've made. The layout can be changed by click the button highlighted in the screenshot below.
Each user can choose which layout they would like to use, and this choice is saved as a preference on their user account.
