Are you seeing the same error messages when trying to perform a search, like the screenshots show in your original post?

If you're seeing a different issue, please could you describe what you're trying to do, and what is happening as a result, and list any errors you see?

I'll get this looked into again with urgency.

The issue was reported as fixed to me, and that is clearly not the case.

Issue is still not repaired, and over the weekend our database was upgraded to V18 which I have a terrible feeling is going to create a whole new host of issues...Please notify with updates as soon as possible...I've got some very frustrated Sales reps who cannot access their database while on the road making sales calls.

Hi Rachel,

The required maintenance on the database for this issue has been scheduled for as soon as possible. You can continue to use your database during this.

ANY news on this issue?? Are we the only ones having this problem?? I find it hard to believe.

Has there been any update on this??? I'm not sure how else to convey the fact that this issue is extremely detrimental to my team and their productivity...
