Act Premium Cloud, sending activity email to contact is not opening outlook email, it prompts to save .aoi file, if you try to run it, it does nothing. This file is set to be run by the Act! Integration.exe application. set to be fixed soon?

I found this Knowledge base article:
When clicking on Outlook or Google synchronisation preferences from the web client it downloads an .AOI file which cannot be opened

It downloads when there is a problem that Act Integration can't handle. Act Integration is set as the program to open it. Support confirmed it is a bug
