I'm getting NO integration between Act and Outlook 365.
I checked the history tool and go the following in the Description column:
Internet failed: ClxErr: Unable to connect with server.
Status code: 404
Internet error: 0
Act! Premium (Web) Version: 21.0.295.0, Update 2
I am accessing from computer to server in the office. Not accessing via web.
When this was installed, it ran fine. emails were attaching to contacts as expected.
This evidently happened quite about a month ago, I am just now discovering it...
Should I reinstall Outlook Integration???
