Act Premium 2013 - Smart Tag Issue

Good afternoon,

I am trying to use Smart Tasks to send notifications of renewing policies / accounts to my clients. Here are the requierments.

Renewal Date =90 days out

 Then: e-mail 90 Day Notice

Renewal Date = 60 days out

 Then: e-mail 60 Day Notice

Renewal Date = 30 days out

 Then e-mail 30 Day Notice.

I am fraid if i use Days = [Number] and i put 90/60/30, if there is a weekend, it will not pick up the account. Is there a way to setup a smart task to run on monday morning, and check the past 2 days and send out notices that it may miss?

Re: Act Premium 2013 - Smart Tag Issue

Act! Premium 2013 gives you the ability to run Offline Smart Tasks. These will run even if Act! is closed so long as your computer is on during the time that it is supposed to run, regardless of whether it's the weekend or not. I would recommend taking a look at the following Knowledgebase article for more information on setting that up:
