Act! Premium 2013- Make user emails private

Our company wants to be able to utlize the email logging function in history for client contacts but not for internal emails sent to users within our company.  Is there a way to make those internal emails private?

Tools -- Preferences -- Admin. Under Notes and History, you can de-select the "Allow history creation for e-mails sent from a user of this database to another user."

Does this need to be done by the administrator?  I do not show "Admin" as an option under preferences.

Good point you raise crmi.

The respondent assumed you were referring to the desktop version of Act! but it seems you are referring to sending email by way of Act! Premium for Web. The question is does email sent through Act! Premium for Web respect the administrative settings accessible through the desktop Preferences i.e. to not attach emails between Act! users?.
