I cloned a Win7 x64 system.
After doing so I uninstalled Act 2012 premium, SQL; and used the Act cleanup tool.
Then installed from the Act Media.
If I stop the protexis license service then open database screen appears - but is then closed due to the license service been unavailable.
I have started the system with many, if not all, the non essential items disabled.
With the Protexis service enabled - I do get some Protexis errors in the windows application log when trying to launch Act.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Missed the last step in reinstalling Protexis. Renaming the psikey_2.dll to psikey_3.dll. Now all is well.
