Is anyone aware of an alternative for attaching emails to act? Perhaps by way of BCC'ing an email address that's regularly fetched by an ACT add-on? Looking for a way for emails sent by way of other clients and mobile devices to also attach emails to ACT.

daileng,
Welcomne to the Act! Community Forum!
Currently there is no system that does the auto attach on emailed messages from a third party like you have stated. The only ways to create email history automatically are with Email integration through supported Email clients, and Gmail.

daileng,
Xact Software will be releasing an alternative email history recording addon. Currently we are testing in-house and likley release early February. Will work with any email client.

Very nice looking add-on! Only thing it's missing is an auto-attach functionality unless I'm missing that somewhere. Does it support that?
EDIT: Found It! Perfect!

The Smart Inbox add-on we will release soon is designed to attach an email from any email client and any device. So it isn't specific to Outlook and should prove helpful to those who don't want to be using Outlook at all, although they could. Our design philosophy is to give people choices that Act! doesn't provide for natively.
