Act Premium 2011 CALENDAR sync with Outlook 2010

I have searched for a solution for quite some time now, and I am just stumped.  I cannot waste any more time on this.

 

Contacts sync fine, and there has never been an issue.  However, the Calendar will not sync from Act to Outlook.  (Or up from Outlook.)

 

There is no error when attempting sync.  I've reloaded Act databases, upgraded (and downgraded) versions of Outlook, updated Act, made new "Outlook Appointments" files, etc.  But it just WILL NOT sync.

 

Any ideas?

Welcome to the ACT! Community. In the Advanced Preferences for the Outlook Calendar Sync preferences in ACT!, make sure you have selected the correct activity types to sync, and also try reducing your range to 1 day past and 7 days future.
