Act Premium 2010 on Windows 7

Hi

is this true that we absolutely need to stop the UAC of windows 7 to make Act Premium 2010 ?

The company which installed ACT in ours company saided this, is this true ?

If yes on Premium 2011 is this the same situation ?

Someone have a document that said this ?

Thank
