We use Act 2010 Financial Professional edition and have a new user that want to restore data from 2009 regular version.
The conversion seems to okay with following errors;
When the database is started, it display error message "Configuration Error, Support data store is not accessible or does not exist". We are able to see the database with basic layout. Another error was the custom layout that just show error, we can only view with basic layout 1024x768".

We solved our own problem. The file share where the database is were set with read only security access. Once given change permission, everything works.
