Questions about third party products like Impact should be directed first to the company that makes and supports the product. This forum is for Act!
However, since I am an Act! Certified Consultant plus a support manager for Impact, I have looked up this client's account and see that a single purchase of Impact Suite 6 was made in 2015, but no new updates have been purchased since.
It's also very important to ensure the environment is optimized, appropriate updates are in place, and database maintenance is run regularly.
You made no mention of error message or other details. What version of Act! is the customer working with?
If it is Act! v19, Pro and Premium work only with the latest Impact 8 Suite, available at www.impactact.com
Older Act! v16-18 editions also work with Impact Suite 8. .Net optimization available since 4.5, Impact 8 now delivers faster response to screen draws, searches and more. Act 15 (2013) will work with Impact 7.
If the customer is still using less than the latest Act! and Impact versions, we recommend upgrading, or at the very least visit the websites to download and install the latest builds for the older versions. If you're still having issues I am available to help.
