Act.Outlook64.Service Failure

[ Edited ]

Act! Premium Web Version, Update 2

Apparently, it involves Outlook, but Outlook is NOT installed on the Server.
Shared Database

Windows Server 2012 R2 (Virtual Machine)

Every time I log into the server I get this error message:

When I click OK, the standard "Check for Solution" dialog box pops up.

There is no solution, I've tried that option so I click Close the program.

It doesn't appear to effect anything related to Act or the server itself. As I said, Outlook is NOT installed on the Server, and we have no intention of installing it. Is there something I can do to stop this annoyance?

Re: Act.Outlook64.Service Failure

Hi Bruce,

This is something i have seen previously in a similar environment. this has been escalated for further investigation as a defect as I was able to replicate it

For the time being I would like to know if you would be able to check your startup items, if there is anything related to an Act.Outlook.service would you be able to disable them.
