One of our user's machine is having problem all of a sudden with the 1 way calendar sync to Outlook. All Outlook settings look correct in Tools > Prefs. However I see that Automatic Scheduling is set to No. If I try to open these dialogs to change the settings I get a popup with the following error: "This version of ISPA requires the driver file ISPA.Drv to be present on the run-time path."
I did try completing removing Act, restarting the sysytem, reinstalling ACT and service pack, and trying again with the same result.
This client machine is running Windows 8.1 and Act V20.1 Premium Update 8. We are using Office 365 with Office 2016 locally installed.
Any idea on what might be going on or how to resolve it?
