Act Notes

Premium v17 ACT, new installation:

 

In the Notes Tab, after entering text and clicking OK, the text either does not save, or does not display. The columns are correctly positioned.

 

Are  there any prior setup requirements for saving or displaying?

Hi Duggo,

Is this happening in the notes tab on a contact?
Make sure there are no filters set that could be hiding notes, in the bar directly under the notes tab when it's selected.

Gary, thank you for your reply. The problem is only in the Companies tab, not Contacts. Any thoughts?

Is this also happening on other databases? I.e. in a demo DB?

Are notes being saved as private?

Does your filter bar look like the following:
