Same issue as i have seen before.
Have tried it as Administrator
Have tried it in compatibility mode.
Normally launches from Desktop icon, have also tried from application
Act was working fine, user is remote. had access 2 weeks ago, then none last week, now none this week. no errors, no Event entries, nothing, just no response from Act.
User is remote and syncs over VPN to central DB
