Act Issue - Products disappearing.

Act Issue - Products Disappear from Products/Services Tab for Opportunities Create on Around the end of march 2010 that are at the status closed - Won. for a Particler User Created by  the Same User.

 

This is a Remote Database user,

Have and Update this is Effecting About 7 Remote Users As well Just Check.

If this is user-specific, then it may be a damaged ACT! user account. It may also be a damaged remote database. I would first try running repairs/reindexing/rebuilds (using ACT! Diagnostics) on both the remote and the main databases, then I would try a new user account and new remote database.
