I am using Act Premium (11). I tried to send an e-mail with an attachment. I believe the attachment is corrupted or there is some other issue. I can not send the file. The e-mail is now in the outbox and I can not delete the file. Whenever I launch act e-mail it tries to send this file again. The side panel folders are not or appear to be not legitimate microsoft folders. There are no properties associated with the pseudo folders. Can anyone help me get rid of that file in the outbox??
