We have a client running Act! Premium v20.1 Update 4. They are getting the attached errors whenever attempting to export the information from a custom TopLine Designer table for about 1000+ contacts to Excel. This will also cause Act! to crash with a system out of memory error.
I've recreated the Act! preferences, disabled UAC, ran both programs as Admin, as well as ran actdiag repairs on the db. I've reached out to TopLine Designer and they suggested recreating the TLD preferences but that didn't work. The version of Excel, the errors that occur in Act! and in the event viewer are all in the attached file. Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
