We had been using ACT Premium for web 2013 and using it to sync emails from users Outlook 2010+. However we moved to Office 365 for our exchange server and many of our Outlook settings were reset. I have redone the syncing via the Tools>>Preferences>>Email & Outlook Sync and have it set to upload emails onto ACT as public and to do subject + body + attachements. However since the reset it is ignoring this. I have also set-up the syncing of sent emails via the rule on Outlook and that is working without issue.
Anyone know how to force it to use the syncing preferences I have set.
