Act Dialer - How to change the outgoing number listed at receiving end

Currently we are using ACT! by Sage Premium 2008 (10.0) (ST Edition) Version 10.0.1.199. We are dialing out via the Act dialer and the local internal modem on the computer. That modem is connected to our fax line, however, we would like to have our main office number listed when calling our clients. Currently, when they press redial after we have called them, it rings on our fax line.

We have looked at the modem properties, and the dialer inside Act!, but without any luck. Any suggestions or ideas?

This is a phone company or phone system issue.  Nothing to configure within ACT.
