We have a problem that when someone updates a contact information say the postal/zip code or any other details from a contact that information does not sync unless the original creator of the contact changes it.
Is there any way to change/fix this?

When you say the change does not sync, is this for remote database users / Syncing contacts to Outlook or the change does not save on the live copy of the database?
What are the security role of the database users that are making the change?

Some previous releases of ACT did have update issue on sync but to know if they are relevant please let us know what version of ACT and Windows you are running and then we can direct you to a solution.
In ACT go to Help and then About ACT and it will show version, please give as much information as you can. (BUT NOT SERIAL NUMBER)
