I am not able to sync my remote database even after doing all the verifications I could think of:
The connection type is “Internet” (outside Firewall)
The URL of the Act Internet Sync Server is: http://s39.acthosting.net:443/ActInternetSync
The synchornization of the remote database is Active
I have the same version of ACT Premium on the local computer and web version
And I always have the same message: Act! is unable to connect to the sync server. Check to be sure "accept incoming sync" is enabled in the main database or that the Network sync service is running. Also be sure you are connected to your network.
Anyone knows how to verify on the main database (Cloud) if it "accepts incoming sync"?

Hi, try (First) temporarily disabling your Firewall / Antivirus - then try syncing again
