Installed Outlook plugin from Act! Cloud on Windows 10, Outlook 2016 32bit. and getting an error that it won't load. I've checked the load behaviour and is set to 3. See screenshots for more details. not sure if something is missing that is required. the installer did not prompt to say anything was missing. They have never had the desktop version of act! installed before. Tried a couple of times to install running installer as admin etc. Any suggestions or has anyone else had issues installing this?
After install the addon is not enabled.

I enable and don't see the icons in Act!, I then close and open outlook again and this time I see this error
I then checked the load behaviour and is set to 3
I then checked the current user registry but it appears to be missing.

Just to give an update on this issue. Turns out the issue is related to the version of Office installed. It was not the fully installed version and missing some of the components required to work. Reinstalled full version of Office and all working now.

I've tested this on another instance of windows 10 and O365 and it installs correctly, The HKCU does not have act! addins so that is not the issue.

It might be outlook profile issue. Give it a shot in different outlook profile.
