Act! 9.0 : Failed to Open a connection to the database

I got the above message when I tried to open my copy of ACT! 9.0 Premium for the first time after installing in 2 fresh Win XP Pro PCs. I am running ACT on 11 other PCs in a LAN network and I was wondering if anyone could help. Thanks a lot in advance!

Tried the above and I am still getting problems. Anybody else encountered similar problems?

Does this only happen on the new systems?

Are you sure you have the same build of ACT! on them (check in Help | about)?
