I am setting up an existing ACT user on a new computer. When we try to use a template to create a word document, word opens up but the document is not created. These are established word templates that are working for other workstations. We are using ACT! 2012 and Microsoft Office 2010. The only glitch with installation was we initially had Office 2013 installed, but when we realized not compatible with ACT! 2012, we uninstalled Office 2013 and installed Office 2010. Then, uninstalled ACT and re-installed ACT to see if that would clear up the issue. Through the process of testing this several times, the documents have been created on a very rare basis. Has anyone else experienced this and/or any thought on a resolution?
