Act 2012 Premium for Web can't login from mobile device?

When I access our Act site from my android phone or iPad the login button is grayed out and I am unable to login?

Maybe  the Mobile access address is not correct, usually must end in m, if  Your WEB server  already has Service Pack 2 (ACT! 2012 Premium Service Pack 2 - for WEB Server Only)   the following is example for you to try from your Tablet or iPad ... the user is Allison Mikola (No Password)    http://70.90.56.201:1350/APFW/m

I did install service pack 2 and restart IIS, it also is automatically redirecting me to the /M login page but the login button is still not active and is grayed out?
