We recently installed ACT 2011 Premium (for Web) - we had ACT 2011 for Windows installed before. The install went great, all the users are accessing the database the same way they have been.
As we have been testing the web version, we are getting a lot of errors in IE9.
We cannot get past the main home page after you login. To be more specific, home/homeshell.aspx loads fine, if you try to go to contacts for example, you can see the contacts/contactDetail.aspx start to load and then it shows the page cannot be displayed. The URL shows https://ourdomain:444/APFW/contacts/function(x)%7B%20%20%20%20getEntityData();%20%20%20%20RefreshActiveTab();%7D
Using the same computer, user, etc. and using Chrome - it works fine with NO issues.

ACT! 2011 (via web) is not compatible with IE9. The recommendation is to revert back to IE8, or use Firefox (3.5 or 3.6). ACT! 2012 is compatible with IE9.
