A fellow employee is having trouble with Act 2011. She can't send any of her emails. We don't know why. Her Act is synchronized with Outlook 2010. Can anyone help, please?

It may be that the e-mail preferences for ACT! have yet to be set up, review this article for instructions: KB Article 26832
If that does not resolve the issue, can you provide some further details? Such as error messages when clicking on an e-mail address within ACT!.
