User has new laptop with Win7 Pro 64 Bit edition. We installed Act on it with our site license before deployment, and now every time Act is opened, it asks for registration again. This is happening even though each time we register it, it is successful. How to fix this? Thanks, Tim

ACT needs administrative access to the registry to register the program. Try Right Click on teh ACT icon an drun as administrator and rerun the registration wizard. It should stick after that.
