Act 2007 Premium Workgroups, missing contact from sync

Hello to all,

 

When synchronizing a remote database, the user will get all of the companies from the sync set but some contacts will not show.  I did check for "contact access" and all of them are public.

 

So far I re-created the sync set and remote database, just to be sure, what would you try next?

You might be running into a bug in which the rules that you create for the sync set are not working.  Apparently it has to do with an issue in the query module of Act!
