We have always used the Act internet mail until Verizon changed the outgoing Port and we were forced to use Act with Outlook. When I am looking at e-mails in act, a digital signed e-mail does not appear but I can see it if I go to Outlook email.
What setting do I change to see it in Act.

Unfortunately, there is not a way in ACT! to see which dropdowns are not being used. You would have to use process of elimintation to see which fields are being used and the remaining ones are the unused fields. Under Tools/Define Fields, check each field that you know is a dropdown field and see which dropdown it is using. Then look your list of dropdown fields and see which are not being used. At the moment, I can't think of an easier way.
