Could you please let me know the version of your Act? If you have imported data from an excel, then try importing the same from a .CSV file which will import the date format as it is.

I suggest you check the SERVER regional settings...
I guess this article can give you some ideas CLICK HERE in this case they mention that... This is fixed in Sage ACT! v14.0. (2016 or later) There is currently no workaround for Sage ACT! v13.1. (2013 or earlier)
